Represented a multinational medical technologies corporation in a class action lawsuit alleging that plaintiff’s wage statements were missing the overtime rate and the begin date for inclusive date of pay. Plaintiff also alleged she was not provided an accurate itemized wage statement at her termination. Winston defeated class certification and filed a motion for summary judgment, which helped broker a modest settlement for the named plaintiff alone.
