EVE Partners' Minority Interest in Integrity Express Logistics

Winston & Strawn LLP represented EVE Partners, an investment firm focused on the transportation and logistics industry, in its minority interest in Integrity Express Logistics, a leading asset-light provider of third-party logistics (“3PL”) services across North America. The company services nearly every end market of the economy, providing full truckload, less-than-truckload, dry van flatbed/heavy haul, intermodal, and specialized rail transport logistics support, with unique expertise in refrigerated transport. Since its inception, EVE has advised on or invested in more than 140 transactions in the transportation and logistics space. As a minority stakeholder, Eve will provide IEL with the relationships, knowledge, and resources to help accelerate IEL’s growth trajectory.
