Winston & Strawn represented Hendrickson, a leading designer and manufacturer of suspension systems for the medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer markets, in the acquisition of Brunner International based in Medina, New York, and Brunner Manufacturing and Sales based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Brunner manufactures components for the commercial vehicle, bus and trailer markets.
