Winston represented Hudson Ferry Capital, a Stamford, CT-based private equity fund, in its sale of Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, a leading U.S. groundwater treatment company that self-performs system design; civil, electrical, and mechanical site work; equipment fabrication and customization; dewatering; and licensed operation and maintenance service for groundwater treatment systems, to an affiliate of Ember Infrastructure, a private equity fund focused on infrastructure solutions.
