Winston & Strawn LLP represented Hudson Hill Capital, a New York-based private investment firm, in the acquisition of a majority stake in InXpress Holdings Ltd (“InXpress”), in partnership with the company’s senior management team. Based in Manchester, UK, InXpress is an international franchisor of parcel, freight, and delivery logistics services serving SME customers through a software platform and global network of almost 400 franchises in 14 countries.
