Investcorp AI Acquisition Corp. Announces Entry into Business Combination

Winston & Strawn is representing Investcorp AI Acquisition Corp. (IVCA), a blank check company, in its announced business combination with Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX:BTH) under which, if implemented, IVCA would combine with Bigtincan’s business and list on the Nasdaq through a newly formed Cayman Islands exempted company called Bigtincan Limited, an Australian software company that provides AI-powered sales enablement platforms. Investcorp has committed $12.5 million to the deal, with additional funding from institutional investors and debt financing. This strategic transaction underscores Investcorp’s continued focus on advancing AI technologies.
