Maas Hansen Steel Division of Triple-S Steel Acquires Rolled Steel

Winston & Strawn LLP represented Triple-S Steel Holdings Inc., a Houston-based steel service center that provides steel products and steel fabrication services to customers in North America, Central and South America, and Asia, in connection with the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Rolled Steel Products Co., a steel services center located in Los Angeles, California. RSP will operate as part of Maas Hansen Steel, a Triple-S Steel Holdings division.
