(“Master Automatic”), and Master Automatic’s affiliated real estate entities MCW Properties Limited Partnership and MCW Globe Street, LLC. Master Automatic is a Michigan-based corporation engaged in the manufacturing and sale of precision machined components and assemblies for the automotive industry.
