Netfin Acquisition Corp.'s Business Combination with Triterras Fintech Pte Ltd.

(Nasdaq: NFIN, NFINW), a special purpose acquisition company targeting businesses in the fintech industry, in its business combination with Triterras Fintech Pte Ltd. (“Triterras”), a leading fintech company for commodity trading and trade finance with a presence in key trading centers across the world, including Singapore, the United Kingdom, and United States. US$585M consideration was paid to Triterras stockholders, consisting of US$60M in cash and US$525M in shares of the publicly listed company. On November 12, 2020, the ordinary shares and warrants of Triterras, Inc. began trading on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbols “TRIT” and “TRITW,” respectively.
