NexPoint Real Estate Finance's Public Offering of 2M Shares

Winston & Strawn LLP represented NexPoint Real Estate Finance, Inc., a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, in connection with the public offering of 2M shares of its common stock at a price to the public of US$21.00 per share. Raymond James & Associates, Inc.; Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company; and Robert W. Baird & Co. served as the book-running managers.
