Sprout Social, Inc.'s Follow-on Public Offering

Sprout Social, Inc. sold 1,612,500 shares of its Class A common stock in the offering for net proceeds of US$42.1M and certain selling stockholders sold 5,287,500 shares of Class A common stock in the offering for net proceeds of US$138.1M.
