Winston & Strawn LLP represented Transition Capital Partners, a Dallas-based private equity sponsor, in the sale of its portfolio company SuccessEd, a Texas-based K-12 software provider, to Frontline Education, a Thomas Bravo company. Frontline Education, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, is a leading provider of school administration software for the K-12 education community.
