Utilized Arbitration Agreement to Effectuate Settlement of Individual PAGA Claim at Arbitration and Subsequent Dismissal of Class Action

Winston settled class and PAGA representative action favorably for our client, a global insurance, risk management, and consulting firm, following review of plaintiff’s arbitration agreement with a class action waiver. Plaintiff’s individual PAGA claim was dismissed with prejudice, and plaintiff’s representative PAGA claim was dismissed without prejudice.
