ValTek Holdings, Inc.'s Acquisition of Assets by ValTek, LLC

Winston & Strawn LLP represented ValTek Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “ValTek”) in the disposition of assets to ValTek, LLC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of SERVA Group, LLC (“SERVA”), an EnTrans International, LLC subsidiary. EnTrans International, LLC is a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners. ValTek is a leading, privately held manufacturer of hydraulic fracturing pumps. The company was founded in 1979 and is recognized for offering a complete suite of high-quality OEM and aftermarket pumps, expendable parts, and aftermarket services. ValTek is headquartered in Odessa, Texas and provides equipment to companies across the United States. SERVA manufactures equipment for the oil and gas industry, including: cementing units, hydraulic fracturing and stimulation products, control systems, coiled tubing units, and additional miscellaneous parts and services.
