VineBrook Homes Trust Closes Internalization of Manager

Represented VineBrook Homes Trust, Inc., an SEC reporting company that acquires, renovates, leases, maintains and otherwise manages single family rental home investments primarily located in the midwestern, heartland and southeastern United States, in connection with its acquisition of VineBrook Homes, LLC, the external manager of the properties owned by VineBrook, for $20.7 million. Following the closing, VineBrook Homes, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of VineBrook and VineBrook's portfolio is now internally managed.
