Vistas Media Acquisition Co. Inc. Closes Business Combination with Anghami Inc.

(NASDAQ: VMAC, VMACU, and VMACW) ("VMAC"), a special purpose acquisition company, in connection with its business combination with Anghami Inc. (Anghami), the first legal music streaming platform and digital distribution company in the Arab world. The transaction was approved on January 19, 2022, by VMAC's stockholders and closed on February 3, 2022. Anghami's Class A ordinary shares and warrants began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange on February 4, 2022, under the new ticker symbols "ANGH" and "ANGHW,” respectively. Anghami is becoming a public company in the wake of establishing itself as the fastest-growing music technology platform in the Middle East and North Africa.
