The team advised CAPZA (€7,6 billion under management) on all the sell side aspects in connection with the sale of its entire stake in the Coutot-Roehrig group, the European reference in probate genealogy, to Luxempart. 

CAPZA acquired a stake in the Coutot-Roehrig group in 2019 and was already assisted by our team in this context. Our team also advised the Coutot-Roehrig group in connection with three build ups in France and in Belgium since 2020.
