Winston advised Osmosun’s initial public offering on Euronext Growth.

Winston  acted as deal counsel to issuer Osmosun and placing agents Portzamparc (Groupe BNP Paribas) and TP ICAP in connection with Osmosun's initial public offering on Euronext Growth Paris. Osmosun is a French water treatment company that has developed a major, patented, low-carbon desalination process for seawater and brackish water (water with more salinity than fresh water) using solar energy, while taking into account the variability of these energies and without using batteries.
