Winston advises Lazeo on its partnership with Blackstone

Winston & Strawn’s Paris office assisted the Lazeo group, France's leading provider of beauty care and aesthetic medicine centers, in its partnership with the world’s largest alternative asset manager Blackstone.

Based in Paris, Lazeo is a family-run business offering cutting-edge, non-invasive aesthetic medicine treatments, including laser hair removal, injectables, body contouring, facials... Founded in 2010 by Dr. Bernard Sillam and Dimitri Sillam, it has become the leading provider in France, with more than 140 establishments and 800 employees in France, Belgium and Germany.

Having achieved sales of €71 million from 117 centers by 2022, Lazeo has already opened a further 24 centers and has entered Germany with the acquisition of Munich-based Cleanskin in 2023.

This partnership will support Lazeo's continued growth and help it develop its operations and expansion in France and internationally.
