A Winston M&A Team represented Empower Clinic Services, LLC, the largest compounding pharmacy operator in the U.S., in the acquisition of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, including related equipment and employees, located in New Jersey from Eugia US Manufacturing, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eugia, Inc. Winston's Finance Team also represented Empower in obtaining seller financing for this acquisition and related modifications to Empower's existing bank and mezzanine credit facilities.
