Winston Represented Highstreet IT Solutions in its Sale to CIVC Partners

Winston represented Transition Capital Partners and portfolio company Highstreet IT Solutions (Highstreet), a Maryland-based IT services company, in the sale of Highstreet to CIVC Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Highstreet provides digital transformation services to state and local governments as well as the education market.
