Winston Represented MCE Holdings in its Acquisition of Daughtridge Sales Company

Winston represented Pennsylvania-based Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a portfolio company of Frontenac, in its acquisition of North Carolina-based Daughtridge Sales Company, a distributor of pressure and temperature instrumentation products. The acquisition will add scale to MCE's highly engineered product and service offerings and expand its flow control footprint to the mid-Atlantic region with geographic reach throughout the U.S.
