Winston & Strawn LLP Paris represented the management company Montbleu Finance in the launch of a bond issuance by Smallbusinessact.com to qualified investors and a limited circle of investors, all of whom gave a mandate to Montbleu Finance.

The bond, with a total nominal amount of up to EUR3 million, will be represented by a maximum of 3,000 simple bonds (OS) with a nominal value of EUR1,000 each. Two tranches of bonds have already been issued, for EUR690,000 on March 19, 2024, and for EUR650,000 on July 2, 2024. The bonds have been admitted to trading on the Euronext Access Paris market since June 21, 2024. Smallbusinessact.com may proceed with the issuance of additional tranches to finance its external growth operations.
