Winston represented S&S Automotive (S&S), an automotive parts and services provider, in its sale to Lawson Products (Lawson), a publicly traded operating company of Distribution Solutions Group (DSG). S&S customers, suppliers, and employees will benefit from partnering with Kent Automotive, another business owned by Lawson,  by attracting new customers, leveraging Lawson’s valuable vendor-managed inventory services, and expanding their available product offerings and geographic reach into a larger distribution network. DSG is a multi-platform specialty distribution company that provides distribution solutions to the maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and industrial technologies markets.
