Winston Represents KeHE Distributors, LLC in a $750.0 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Winston represented KeHE Distributors, LLC in connection with a Rule 144A/Reg. S offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.000% senior secured notes due 2029 issued by KeHE Distributors, LLC, NextWave Distribution, Inc. and KeHE Finance Corp. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing debt securities, partially paydown existing ABL borrowings and repurchase equity. KeHE Distributors, LLC is a leading pure-play natural and organic, specialty and fresh products food distributor in North America.
