On January 12, Winston & Strawn Complex Commercial Litigation Co-Chair Amanda Groves will speak on a panel titled “Strategies and Pitfalls in UCL Litigation” at the California Lawyers Association’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law (UCL) Institute.
The brand new UCL Institute will feature leading UCL practitioners from across the private and public sectors, and provide practical advice for litigating private UCL matters as well as civil and criminal enforcement actions.
