April Doxey and Eunice Chay Named Women Leaders in Secured Finance

Winston & Strawn Attorneys April Doxey and Eunice Chay were named Women Leaders in Secured Finance by The Secured Lender. The women profiled represent leaders within SFNet’s member organizations and are Secured Finance Foundation contributors.

April Doxey’s practice focuses on advising commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with leveraged financings and other financing transactions, including syndicated institutional loans, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other secured lending transactions. April has extensive experience representing both borrowers and financial institutions in complex domestic and cross-border financings. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Singapore office of a leading international law firm, where she represented a diverse range of clients, including investment banks, private equity sponsors, and public companies, in financings throughout emerging markets such as Indonesia, India, and Malaysia.

Eunice Chay is a corporate associate in Winston’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex finance transactions, including structured finance, debt and equity financing, fund finance, and asset securitization. She has a broad background in auto finance, life settlement assets, CLOs, secured and unsecured consumer lending, credit card and other consumer receivables, and property-assessed clean energy (PACE) financing. Eunice has worked extensively with financial institutions, rating agencies, asset managers, regulators, governmental entities, and corporate, municipal, and conduit issuers. She has complementary experience in fund formation, investment management regulation, and corporate governance.
