Bobby Malhotra Named Among the Top AI Lawyers of 2024 by the Daily Journal

The Daily Journal named Winston & Strawn partner Bobby Malhotra to its 2024 list of California’s Top AI Lawyers. Honorees were chosen due to their exceptional work on recent, significant cases that impacted artificial intelligence law.

In a Q&A with the publication, Bobby discussed the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, his interest in the entire lifecycle of AI integration, and the intensification of regulatory issues surrounding Al, including Generative Al systems advancements globally.
