Brian Ferguson Speaks at the 2024 Annual Judicial Conference of The United States Court of Federal Claims

Winston & Strawn partner Brian Ferguson will speak at the 2024 Annual Judicial Conference of The United States Court of Federal Claims on October 23, 2024, in Washington, D.C.

In a panel on streamlining low economic value cases, Brian will discuss the Sedona Conference’s commentary on the topic, which he helped write. He will be joined by Judge John Anderson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and Dennis Barghaan, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The keynote address will be given by Craig Whitlock, author of Fat Leonard: The Con Man Who Corrupted the U.S. Navy, and moderated by Judge Philip Hadji.
