Associate Gino Cheng spoke at a Licensing Executives Society Chinese Taipei (LESCT) event titled “Workshop on Licensing Updates and Case Studies.” He presented “Recent U.S. Court Decisions and Developments Affecting Licensing.” 

Mr. Cheng’s practice focuses on intellectual property, specifically patent litigation, licensing negotiations, and trademark prosecution.
