Dan Webb Discusses Boeing Bellwether Trials in Law360

Winston & Strawn Co-Executive Chairman Dan Webb, who leads the Winston team representing Boeing, discussed in Law360 the upcoming bellwether trials that have derived from the crash of Ethiopian Air Flight 302.

Dan argued that each side should pick a case for each of the bellwether trials, stating that the approach is “very fair and straightforward” and “would lead to varying verdicts that would help guide negotiations for the remaining cases, which range in potential damages liability.”

“[W]e need to get bellwether verdicts on cases that will be instructive to all the remaining people that have not settled yet,” he said.
