Scott Cohen Speaks at ILTACON

Winston & Strawn’s Director of eDiscovery Support Services Scott Cohen spoke at the 2015 International Legal Technology Association Conference (ILTACON) in Las Vegas on September 1-3, 2015. ILTACON is an educational conference that draws on the personal and collective strengths of professionals working in technology within law firms and legal departments.

Mr. Cohen, based in the firm’s New York office, participated in the session “Past Performance and Future Success: What’s Next for E-Discovery?” Along with three other experienced professionals, Mr. Cohen traced the evolution of the industry from paper review to electronic scanning and the eDiscovery of today. Mr. Cohen also spoke on the panel titled “Developing Talent and Proving Value of Internal Litigation Support—Meeting the Vendor Challenge.” This session addressed the experience of litigation support managers and directors in developing talent, as well as managing “up.”
