Scott Cohen Speaks at ILTACON 2016

Director of E-Discovery Support Services Scott Cohen spoke at the 2016 Annual International Legal Technology Association Conference (ILTACON) on August 29 and August 31 in National Harbor, Maryland.

Mr. Cohen spoke on “Refining Your E-Discovery Reporting” and provided methods of producing relevant reporting. He discussed how to have conversations that are tailored to different types of cases, clients, and attorneys and how budgets and pricing affect decisions. He also spoke on “Reinventing Traditional Support Staff Roles in a Buyer’s Market.” This panel discussed how technology and the success of practice support departments can instruct firms on how to achieve radical change in other operational areas affecting the business of law and the bottom line. They showed how to turn market challenges into professional development opportunities and greater profitability.
