David Feher Speaks at Tulane Sports Law 2022 Basketball Negotiation Competition

On March 4, David Feher, co-chair of Winston & Strawn’s Sports Law Practice spoke at the Fifth Annual Tulane Pro Basketball Negotiation Competition (TPBNC). The competition was a simulated Free Agency negotiation of a real player and used current CBA information. Competitors submitted a written component before the negotiations and were judged by prominent members of sports law and the NBA industry. Winston was a sponsor of the event.
