Diane Costigan Speaks on Mental Health and Wellness Support in the Workplace

On August 23, Diane Costigan, Winston & Strawn’s Director of Coaching and Well-Being, spoke on a panel titled “Mental Health and Wellness Support in the Workplace,” hosted by the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).

The panel discussed what law firms and other legal offices are doing to provide mental health and wellness support for their employees and what you can do to help support yourself as you learn to thrive in the ever-evolving post-pandemic workplace.
