A LEGAL AND REGULATORY LOOK AT WHAT’S DRIVING DISRUPTION IN OUR WORLD TODAY

On September 14, Winston & Strawn and the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology hosted the fourth annual Disruptive Technologies Legal Summit. The virtual Summit examined the evolving legal landscape of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), smart contracts, artificial intelligence (AI), digital health care, and universal connectivity.

The Summit included a general session program and three main tracks of focus—FinTech, AI, and Emerging Technologies—featuring dialogue with public officials, business and legal leaders, and academics.
