Imad Khan Named a 2025 Diversity in Business Award Honoree by the Houston Business Journal

Winston & Strawn partner Imad Khan was named as one of Houston Business Journal’s 2025 Diversity in Business Award honorees. This award is given to prominent Houston residents who have demonstrated outstanding initiative in the pursuit of establishing equality in their local and professional communities.

At Winston, Imad is a tireless advocate for diversity and inclusion and an instrumental supporter of the firm’s DEI program; co-chair of the Middle Eastern North African group; a member the Winston Asian Leadership Initiative; a supporter of the Women’s Law Initiative; and joined Winston in signing and supporting the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge, a global initiative to address the under-representation of women in international arbitral tribunals.

Imad’s personal and professional interest in international relations and education also led to his ongoing involvement with Developments in Literacy, a nonprofit committed to empowering children in Pakistan through education. Since moving to Houston in 2017, he has been an active member of its Houston Chapter’s board of directors.
