On April 14, Winston & Strawn Associate Imad Khan will join the American University Washington College of Law’s International Trade and Investment Law Society Distinguished Alumni Honoree Event. Imad is an international disputes lawyer with particular experience in investment treaty arbitration, having represented foreign investors and host states in over a dozen ICSID/UNCITRAL arbitrations and commercial arbitration under rules of the ICC, ICDR, HKIAC, and LCIA. He is also experienced in cross-border white collar/investigation and litigation matters. Imad advises companies across diverse economic sectors, including energy, oil and gas, electricity, renewables, waste management, mining, and pharmaceuticals. His international dispute resolution practice focuses on international arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and white collar, regulatory defense and investigations.
