Employee Benefits Partner Amy Gordon spoke at Impact of Systemic Economic and Political Change on Employee Benefits, an invitational conference organized by the American Bar Association’s Joint Committee on Employee Benefits (JCEB). The purpose is to promote “off the record” policy discussions between bar association representatives and government officials who focus on the field of employee benefits. The conference took place March 21-23 in Baltimore.
Amy moderated a panel on March 22, titled “A Tale of Rural American Health Care Delivery Dilemmas: The Opioid Crisis and Medical Air Transportation.”
Amy focuses her practice on welfare benefits compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, the Public Health Service Act, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act and its replacement legislation, and related federal and state laws and regulations. She is a fellow of the American College of Employee Benefts Counsel.
