James T. Bentley Named Among City Bar Justice Center’s 2023 Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award Winners

Winston & Strawn of counsel James T. Bentley was named as a recipient of the City Bar Justice Center’s (CBJC) Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. This recognition is given to attorneys who exhibited an extraordinary commitment to CBJC’s clients and tirelessly supported their organization’s mission to advance access to justice.

Members of CBJC’s Consumer Bankruptcy Project nominated James for his work advising and educating New Yorkers struggling with consumer debt, helping them file for bankruptcy relief, and assisting borrowers with federal and private student loans via community education and individual counseling.
