Joe Torres to Speak at the 48th Annual Pacific Coast Labor & Employment Law

Winston & Strawn partner Joe Torres will speak at the 48th Annual Pacific Coast Labor & Employment Law on May 7 in Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Torres will speak on a panel titled “Important Developments in Labor Law.” He will be joined by Nancy Schiffer, a former member of the National Labor Relations Board, and the panel will be moderated by professor Charlotte Garden of Seattle University School of Law.

Mr. Torres concentrates his practice in labor, employment, and ERISA litigation before the state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the NLRB, the EEOC, the DOL, and OSHA in a wide variety of discrimination, employee benefit, whistleblower, retaliation, and other employment claims arising under state and federal law.
