John Rosenthal Moderates Panel at Georgetown Law’s 10th Annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute

Winston & Strawn partner John Rosenthal, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, moderated a panel at Georgetown Law’s annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute. The program, now in its tenth year, gives attendees access to federal judges and provides the opportunity to learn at an advanced level from the leading eDiscovery practitioners and academics from across the country. Attendees are exposed to the latest case law, trends in all aspects of eDiscovery, and judicial and practitioner perspectives on where eDiscovery is heading in the next few years.
Mr. Rosenthal moderated the panel “Money, Money, Money, Money: The Business of eDiscovery.” He was joined by panelists David R. Cohen, Daniel Kulakofsky, Paul McVoy, and Ashish Prasad.
Mr. Rosenthal is chairman of the firm’s eDiscovery and electronic information practice group and is one of the most experienced practitioners in the United States in the area of electronic discovery and risk reduction from electronic discovery.
