Justin Hoffman’s Move to Winston & Strawn Featured in Law360 & Texas Lawyer

The addition of Partner Justin Hoffman to the firm’s Houston office was recently featured in Law360 and Texas Lawyer.

As a member of the firm’s Transactions Department, Justin focuses his practice on corporate finance, M&A transactions, and governance and compliance matters. He has significant experience in high-yield and convertible debt securities and has led billions of dollars of bond transactions for both issuers and underwriters, including some of the largest energy players in Texas and the Southeast. 

“Justin’s talent for structuring intricate agreements for some of the largest corporations in the world will serve Winston well as we continue to attract clients in the energy sector,” Houston Office Managing Partner Mike Blankenship said in the press release announcing his arrival.

When asked by Law360 what attracted him to Winston, Justin pointed to the growth and esteem of the firm’s Transactions Department. “The firm’s success and growing scale in Texas, as well as its private equity and finance practices, present a number of exciting opportunities for me to grow my practice. I’m thrilled to be a part of the team,” he said.

He reiterated these sentiments to Texas Lawyer, calling Winston a “premier national platform” that has had “a lot of success in Texas.”
