Justin Levy Recipient of M&A Advisor’s “40 Under 40 Emerging Leader” Award

Corporate partner Justin Levy was recognized as a “40 Under 40 Emerging Leader” by M&A Advisor at the 2015 Emerging Leaders Summit Featuring the 6^th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards on June 29 in New York City. The 40 Under 40 Awards celebrate the emerging industry leaders in M&A, financing, and restructuring who have reached a significant level of success before the age of 40. 

Mr. Levy focuses his practice on M&A and private equity. He has a diverse corporate practice with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and general corporate matters. He also represents public and private companies (including the portfolio companies of private equity funds), independent sponsors, hedge funds, family wealth offices, SBIC funds, and BDCs. Mr. Levy has extensive experience in leveraged buyouts and various other equity and debt investments, including minority equity investments, growth equity investments, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and senior and mezzanine debt financings.
