Winston & Strawn partner Kevin Simpson was named to Law360’s Rising Stars of 2024, a list that recognizes “attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments belie their age.” Selected from more than 1,200 submissions, Kevin was recognized as a rising star for his career accomplishments in the “Cybersecurity & Privacy” category.
In a Q&A with Law360, Kevin discussed his career, his proudest moment so far, and how the privacy practice area will change in the next 10 years. “For national companies like my clients, trying to comply with all of those laws on a day-to-day basis with a shifting landscape is just an incredible challenge,” Kevin said. “Privacy litigation is only going to increase as the scope and number of those laws increase, and privacy is going to be the most dominant area of litigation in the entire United States.”
