Litigation Partner Marc Krickbaum Returns to Winston & Strawn After Stint as Deputy Special Counsel

Chicago— June 3, 2024—Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that Marc Krickbaum has rejoined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Litigation Department and as a member of the Government Investigations, Enforcement & Compliance Practice.
Marc most recently served in a high-profile role as Deputy Special Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice. He previously served as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois and Southern District of Iowa, and Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General.

In both government service and private practice, Marc has significant experience with investigations, trials, and appeals. He has represented public and private companies, corporate officers, and other individuals in all aspects of white collar criminal and regulatory matters, government and internal investigations, and a range of complex commercial litigation.
