Marc Krickbaum Returns to Winston & Strawn in Chicago Office

Winston & Strawn recently announced the return of Marc Krickbaum to the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Litigation Department and as a member of the Government Investigations, Enforcement & Compliance Practice.
Marc returns to Winston after serving as Deputy Special Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice. He previously served as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois and Southern District of Iowa, and Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General. He has significant experience with investigations, trials, and appeals. He has represented public and private companies, corporate officers, and other individuals in all aspects of white collar criminal and regulatory matters, government and internal investigations, and a range of complex commercial litigation.
“Marc’s strategic focus on internal investigations and white collar defense, and his strong professional network across Illinois and the country will be a significant value add to our practice and our team in Chicago,” said Cardelle Spangler, Chicago office managing partner, in the press release announcing his return.
