Maria Kostytska Selected as ICC Court Member

Paris-based International Arbitration Partner Maria Kostytska has been selected to serve a three-year term as an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court Member. The ICC Court is one of the world’s leading arbitration institutions, and Maria is one of only 176 people from 104 countries to be nominated for the 2018-2021 term. Of note, the 2018 ICC Court nominees represent full gender parity and unprecedented regional diversity, a major milestone in the history of international arbitration.

Maria is an international arbitrator and litigator who regularly serves as lead counsel to sovereign states, private companies, and individuals across a variety of industrial sectors, including oil and gas, utilities, banking, manufacturing, and construction, in investor-state and commercial arbitrations.
