Maria Kostytska Selected to Become a Member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Panel of Arbitrators

Maria Kostytska, partner and Paris Head of International Arbitration, has been selected to become a member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Panel of Arbitrators. 

The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), established in 1991, has a proven track record in providing neutral arbitration services to the global business community. The SIAC is ranked 2nd among the world’s top 5 arbitral institutions and stands as the favored choice for arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region, as evidenced by a survey conducted by Queen Mary University. The SIAC Panel comprises over 100 arbitrators specializing in the areas of energy, engineering, procurement and construction from across more than 25 jurisdictions.

Maria is an international arbitrator and litigator with vast experience in investor-state and commercial arbitration spanning industrial sectors, including oil and gas, renewable energy, utilities, banking, aviation and manufacturing.  Admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia, New York, England & Wales (as a barrister) and Paris, she also handles post-arbitral annulment, recognition and enforcement proceedings in these jurisdictions, particularly involving sovereign entities and assets.
