Partner Kelly Hunsaker will speak at the 25^thAnnual Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute taking place December 5-6, 2024, in Palo Alto, California.

Each year, Stanford Law School and Berkeley Center for Law and Technology co-organize the Advanced Patent Law Institute to bring together judges, academics, litigators, patent prosecutors, and senior IP counsel from major corporations to offer an in-depth look at the latest developments in patent law and practice.

Kelly will join other litigators and in-house counsel members in speaking on global patent remedies and the current state of monetary damages and injunctive relief.
